Academic office

The Training Department is a structural subdivision of the university, through which the planning, organization and control of the educational process is carried out. The main purpose of the training department is the effective planning, organization, management and control of the educational process in BSU on the basis of credit technology in accordance with the Education Development Strategy in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021-2040 and BSU.

Directions for the activities of the training department:

• Scientific organization of the educational process;
• Current planning, organization and control of the educational processes;
• Improvement of normative documentation regulating the educational processes;
• Organization of interaction between the university units in the development of the main educational documentation of the university;
• Formation of reports on the implementation of educational programs and educational process at the university;
• Control of planning and actual fulfillment of teaching load by the teaching staff;
• Analysis of work, generalization of results and dissemination of best practices of educational and teaching-methodical work of faculties, departments and individual teachers;
• Analysis, generalization of information for the preparation of decisions of the rectorate on the management of the educational process;
• Analyzing the progress of the educational process, results of examination sessions and final state certification.

The main tasks of the Training Department are:

• Organization of educational activities for the implementation of basic professional educational programs in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements;
• Organization of interaction between the University units in order to improve the quality of training of specialists, bachelors, masters and PhD doctors, modernization of the educational process in accordance with modern requirements, implementation of the strategy of development of educational activities of the University;
• Coordination of the work of institutes, faculties, departments and other structural subdivisions of BSU to ensure the educational process;
• Improvement of normative, educational and methodical documentation regulating the educational process;
• Initiating the development and implementation of innovative educational technologies in the educational process of the university, ensuring the improvement of the quality of educational activities.
